Every big sales leader started by knocking on a door and starting a conversation. At JJ Group( JJ Digitals/ JJDAI/ IITA) , you’ll do exactly that. You’ll meet shop owners, office teams and students across Bhubaneswar, and turn conversations into customers. No cold-calling from a desk. This is real, face-to-face sales. 💪

A day in your life:

• Visit offices, shops, colleges and business areas to introduce and JJ Digitals (digital marketing & AI services), IITA (stock market training)
• Distribute leaflets and have short, friendly conversations.
• Telecall from office when required
• Sit at our canopy stalls at high-footfall spots and attract walk-in leads
• Collect interested people’s details and get them to call or visit our office
• Hand over hot leads to our counselling team for the final conversation
• Report your daily visits and leads honestly
• Do Counselling.

What you’ll learn and how you’ll grow:

Face-to-face selling, lead generation, handling objections, and how a stock market institute and a digital agency actually work. Strong performers can grow into Senior Sales, Counsellor or Team Lead roles.

What we’re looking for:

• Freshers welcome (10th pass/ 12th pass / any graduate)
• Confident and friendly when talking to strangers
• Comfortable in Odia, Hindi, and basic English
• Ready to walk, travel locally and work outdoors
• Own smartphone; two-wheeler is a plus

Salary and perks:

💰 ₹8,800 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on interview performance and lead results
