🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Prospect and conduct door-to-door cold calls on retail businesses, local jewelers, beauty salons, and piercing studios. [1]
• Direct Sales & Demos: Conduct direct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits, safety, and hygiene standards of Studex piercing instruments. [1]
• Client Onboarding & Retention: Pitch and secure orders to bring new retail outlets on board while consistently visiting existing customers to address complaints and handle replenishment. [1]
• Territory & Target Management: Own individual responsibility for achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales milestones. [1, 2]
• Payment Collections: Manage billing follow-ups and handle the final payment collections for outstanding market accounts. [1]
• Daily Reporting: Generate and submit precise sales reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly tracking) back to the head office. [1]

• Assets Required: Must own a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license for regular field travel.
