Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager for the Agency Channel in the Life Insurance sector. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors, driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring business productivity through the agency distribution channel.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, train, and develop insurance advisors and agents to build a strong agency team.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets through the Agency Channel.
• Drive advisor activation, productivity, and business generation.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase life insurance business.
• Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and training sessions.
• Motivate and support advisors to achieve their individual and team targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through market mapping and customer acquisition.
• Ensure advisor retention and maintain strong relationships with the agency team.
• Monitor sales performance, business productivity, and recruitment activities.
