Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to staff, visitors, and management.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of documents.
- Assist with the delivery and collection of official documents, letters, and courier parcels.
- Support the HR and Admin department with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain office stationery and other essential supplies.
- Ensure meeting rooms are properly arranged before meetings.
- Assist with bank visits, office purchases, and other official errands as assigned.
- Help maintain office records and organize files when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the HR/Admin department or management.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.
- Basic communication skills and a polite attitude.
- Punctual, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Previous office experience will be an advantage.
