Job Description
- Office Maintenance: Keep the office, desks, meeting areas clean and organized.
- Tea & Refreshments: Serve tea, coffee and drinking water to staff and visitors.
- Document Handling: Deliver files, invoices, bills, letters and other documents to the concerned departments.
- Medicine Stock Support: Assist authorized staff with arranging medicine cartons and keeping the stock area neat, under supervision.
- Dispatch Support: Help prepare cartons and packaging materials for dispatch as instructed.
- Office Errands: Visit banks, post offices and other locations for official work when required.
- Photocopying & Printing: Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing and filing documents.
- Visitor Assistance: Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate staff member.
- General Support: Assist the accounts, sales, warehouse and administration teams with routine tasks.
- Safety & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness in storage areas.
