About the Role

Shareshaala is looking for experienced and self-motivated Sales Executives / Counsellors to join our sales team.

The role involves connecting with students through company-provided leads, counselling them about our Stock Market & Financial Literacy Program, and assisting interested customers with the required onboarding process.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, telecalling experience, and the ability to confidently counsel and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle hot leads provided by the company.
• Call and counsel students regarding the Stock Market & Financial Literacy Program.
• Explain program details and address customer queries.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
• Assist customers with Demat Account Opening & KYC.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales/conversion targets.
• Maintain professional communication and proper follow-up with customers.
• Work effectively as part of the sales team.

Eligibility

• Experience: Experienced candidates only.
• Freshers are NOT eligible.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, customer service, or lead conversion is mandatory.
• Professional Hindi communication skills are required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should be target-oriented and comfortable making customer calls.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 per month
• Performance Bonus: ₹4,000 on achieving both monthly targets

Working Hours

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• 🍱 Lunch Break: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• ☕ Tea Break: 5:00 PM – 5:20 PM

Call Duration Requirement

• 4+ hours of calling: Full Day
• Below 4 hours: Half Day
• Below 2 hours 30 minutes: Full Day Leave

Requirements

• 💻 Candidate must carry their own laptop.
• 📱 Smartphone is mandatory.
• 📞 Official calling SIM card will be provided by the company.

Leave Policy

• 5 leaves allowed as per company policy.
• Leaves above 5 will be subject to salary deduction.
