Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
  • Generate leads through site visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties
  • Conduct property site visits and presentations for clients
  • Negotiate terms and close property sales or leasing deals
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales records in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities
