Role overviewThe Warehouse Executive owns day-to-day warehouse operations for our brands — receiving stock, organised storage with batch and expiry control, picking, packing and dispatching D2C and marketplace orders, handling returns, and keeping system stock matched to physical stock. You will work closely with the e-commerce, procurement and accounts teams to keep orders moving out accurately and on time, using inventory software and spreadsheets to keep records clean.

Key responsibilities•      Inbound & receiving: Receive stock from manufacturers and vendors, verify quantities against POs and invoices, and check batch numbers, expiry dates, MRP labelling and damages before putaway.

•      Storage & stock rotation: Keep stock organised by brand and SKU with clear bin locations and labelling; follow FEFO (first-expiry-first-out) rotation and storage conditions suitable for wellness and personal-care products.

•      Order processing: Pick, pack and dispatch D2C and marketplace orders accurately and on time — right SKU, right invoice, right courier — with clean, presentable packaging.

•      Marketplace consignments: Prepare FBA/FBF and quick-commerce shipments — labelling, box specifications, appointment and manifest requirements.

•      Courier coordination: Handle pickups, manifests and NDR follow-ups, and support weight-dispute documentation.

•      Returns (RTO/customer): Receive and inspect returns, segregate saleable versus damaged stock, and process restocking or write-off as per policy.

•      Inventory control: Update stock daily across systems and channels, run cycle counts, reconcile physical versus system stock and flag mismatches immediately.

•      Documentation: Maintain GRNs, delivery challans, dispatch registers and e-way bill support documents.

•      Housekeeping & safety: Keep the warehouse clean, pest-controlled and safely organised at all times.

•      Coordination: Work with e-commerce, procurement and accounts teams on stock planning, discrepancies and audits.

Who we are looking for•      1–3 years of warehouse, stores or inventory experience, preferably in e-commerce, D2C or FMCG operations.

•      Hands-on experience picking, packing and dispatching online orders.

•      Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and inventory or marketplace seller panels.

•      Understands batch, expiry and FEFO handling — or can learn it quickly.

•      Physically active, organised and sharp on detail; mistakes in dispatch cost real money.

•      Working English for systems and documentation; Kannada or Hindi helpful for courier and vendor coordination.

•      Based in or near Attibele, Bengaluru, or able to commute reliably.

Good to have•      Experience preparing FBA/FBF shipments or quick-commerce appointment deliveries.

•      Exposure to a WMS/OMS such as Unicommerce, EasyEcom or similar.

•      Familiarity with nutraceutical or cosmetic storage norms — batch records, expiry, MRP and legal-metrology labelling.

•      Barcode scanning and basic material-handling experience.

•      Prior work in a multi-brand or multi-channel warehouse.
