Job Description

Inspect parts and assemblies as per drawings and quality standards.

Perform dimensional, surface finish, profile, and metallurgical inspections using relevant instruments and gauges.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and ballooned drawings.

Conduct inspections using CMM, Contour Tracer, Profile Projector, and other measuring instruments.

Prepare detailed inspection reports with measurements, deviations, and observations.

Review reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Submit finalized reports to the Quality Representative and maintain proper documentation and traceability.
