JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an F&V Procurement Executive for daily vegetable purchasing from Sector 26 Sabzi Mandi.

• ResponsibilitiesCheck daily POs and purchase vegetables as per required quantity.
• Coordinate with vendors at Sector 26 Sabzi Mandi.
• Check daily vegetable market rates and negotiate with vendors.
• Purchase fresh and good-quality vegetables at the best possible rates.
• Check quantity and weight as per the PO.
• Coordinate with vendors for availability and timely supply.
• Maintain daily purchase details of item, quantity, rate and vendor.
• Report any quality, quantity or rate issue.
• Avoid unnecessary over-purchasing and wastage.
• RequirementsGood knowledge of Sector 26 Sabzi Mandi and vegetable rates.
• Mandi vendors ke saath contacts preferred.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of PO, quantity and rates.
• F&V/vegetable purchasing experience preferred.
• Candidate should be responsible and comfortable with night shift.
