Job Description

Telecalling Executive


Responsibilities:


* Make outbound calls to potential customers.

* Explain company services and answer customer inquiries.

* Generate and follow up on leads.

* Maintain customer records and update databases.

* Schedule appointments for the sales/counselling team.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

* Build positive relationships with customers.


Requirements:


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Ability to convince and engage customers.

* Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
