JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER
Company: Right Path Nation Immigration
Location: Chandigarh, Sector 34-A, SCO No. 94-95, Ground Floor, Back Side of Piccadilly Mall
Position
Telecaller / Customer Calling Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients regarding immigration and visa services.
- Explain available visa/immigration services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information accordingly.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for Visa Counsellors.
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Coordinate with the counselling and sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication and good relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduation preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telecalling/customer-handling experience preferred.
- Immigration/visa industry experience will be an advantage.
- Male and Female candidates can apply.
Salary & Incentives
Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Incentives: ₹1,500 – ₹21,000+, depending on performance.
Working Hours
9:40 AM – 5:40 PM
6 Days Working
