Job Description

We are hiring Visa Telecallers to join our immigration consultancy team!

Your main role will be to connect with potential clients, explain visa processes (Study/Work/Visitor), and book appointments for our counselors.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to leads and explain visa services
  • Follow-up with interested candidates
  • Maintain daily call logs and update CRM
  • Schedule walk-ins or online consultations

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Confident and target-driven
  • Prior telecalling experience is a plus
