Job Description

Customer Care Executive

Job Description:

  • Make 100+ telecalling activities daily to existing and prospective customers and pitch suitable Gold Loan products.
  • Generate Gold Loan leads by contacting inactive customers from the existing database and identifying potential customers through open-market activities.
  • Follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and ensure lead conversion.
  • Coordinate with branch staff and managers for documentation, processing, and successful closure of customer requirements.
  • Assist in customer service activities and resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Support and supervise day-to-day customer service operations at the branch.
  • Maintain customer records, follow-up details, and lead status accurately.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer retention.
  • Gain hands-on experience in Gold Loan operations, customer handling, sales, lead generation.
