Job Description

Role: Customer Support Executive – Non Voice Process

Process: Hindi Web Chat Support – Telecom Domain

Important Note:

We are looking for Immediate Joiners who are comfortable working from the office. Only Direct Walk-in Interviews will be conducted.

  • Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates must be able to read, write, and understand Hindi.
  • Shift DetailsRotational Shift between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM
  • 9 working hours per shift
  • SalaryCTC: ₹2.1 LPA
  • Take Home: ₹17,000 per month


  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through email, chat, and web chat platforms
  • Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer concerns
  • Deliver quality English chat support to customers
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and HIndi
  • Basic knowledge of telecom process preferred
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Knowledge of email drafting and customer handling
