Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Company: V2 Health Studio
Location: Ashok Nagar, Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time
About Us
V2 Health Studio is a fitness studio in Ashok Nagar, Chennai, offering strength training, HIIT, cross training . We're looking for a friendly, organized front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and walk-in guests.
Note: This position is open to female candidates only.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome members and walk-in guests warmly
- Handle phone calls, enquiries, and appointment/class bookings
- Manage membership registrations, renewals, and payment collection
- Maintain and update member records and attendance
- Coordinate with trainers on class schedules and member queries
- Handle basic complaints/concerns and escalate when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Support walk-in trials and follow up on leads/enquiries
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome); prior front desk, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is a bonus)
- Basic computer skills like Excel , Word
- Pleasant, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy hours
