INVENTORY EXECUTIVE – INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS

Location: Chennai | Full-time | 2–5 years experience | Immediate joiners

ABOUT US

Arihant Maxsell Technologies (Maxsell) – 17+ years supplying XRF gold testing machines and related solutions to jewellers, banks, hallmarking centres and gold loan companies across India.

THE ROLE

You’ll play a key role in keeping our inventory operations organised and accurate. From tracking stock movements and maintaining records to coordinating with procurement, logistics and internal teams, you’ll help ensure the right materials and equipment are available at the right time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Track inward and outward movement of materials and equipment
• Coordinate with procurement for timely stock replenishment
• Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation
• Maintain inventory documentation, reports and supporting records
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for smooth stock movement
• Ensure proper storage, tracking and timely dispatch of materials and equipment

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or a related role
• Chennai-based candidates preferred
• Good knowledge of inventory processes, stock movement and reconciliation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with inventory/ERP software
• Odoo knowledge is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organisational skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
• Good communication and coordination skills with a strong follow-up habit
