✨ Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic 💼 and results-driven 📈 Sales Executive to join our 🏡 REAL ESTATE team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, property presentations, and closing sales deals 🤝, while ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the journey.
- 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new sales leads 🔍 through networking, referrals, and market research
- Assist clients in buying 🏡 REAL ESTATE properties
- Conduct property site visits & client presentations 🏢
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options
- Maintain regular follow-ups 📞 with prospects and existing clients
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively 💰
- Stay updated on market trends, property values & competitors 📊
- Maintain and manage client & lead database 🗂️
- Coordinate with legal & documentation teams 📄 for smooth transactions
- 🧠 Required SkillsStrong communication & interpersonal skills 💬
- Excellent negotiation & persuasion abilities 🎯
- Good knowledge of the 🏡 REAL ESTATE market
- Ability to work under targets & pressure ⚡
- Basic computer knowledge 💻 (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Strong customer-focused mindset 🤝
- 🎓 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 🎓 (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales 📈 (🏡 REAL ESTATE experience is an advantage)
- ⏳ Experience: 6 month – 7 years of experience
- 👤 Age Criteria: 23 – 40 years
