Job Description
- To provide complete back-end operational support to the sales team by coordinating sales orders, material availability, order processing, billing, dispatch and customer follow-ups, ensuring smooth and timely execution of customer orders.Graduate in any discipline; commerce or engineering background preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales back-end operations.
- Experience in ERP-based sales order processing is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of GST invoicing and billing processes.
- Good communication and customer coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up, organisational and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Experience in industrial automation, electrical or electronic products will be an added advantage.
