Job Description

Job Description:

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile/ Laptop devices.

• Repair smartphones, tablets, and Laptop related accessories.

• Replace mobile/Laptop components such as display, battery, charging port, speaker, and motherboard parts.

• Perform software installation, OS updates, flashing, and data backup support.

• Maintain service records, repair status, and inventory details.

• Coordinate with customers regarding device issues and repair timelines.

• Ensure proper testing and quality check before device delivery.

• Follow company service standards and safety procedures.


Required Skills:

Knowledge of smartphone hardware and software troubleshooting
