Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team and assist in recruiting LIC Insurance Agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates from provided leads.
- Explain the LIC Agent career opportunity, eligibility, benefits and earning potential.
- Identify interested candidates and generate recruitment leads.
- Follow up with interested candidates and schedule meetings/interviews.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and candidate responses.
- Coordinate with the Development Officer for the recruitment process.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and recruitment targets
