Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecaller to speak with parents who have shown interest in Spellzee’s online English programs.

Your responsibility will be to contact leads, understand the parent’s requirement, explain our programs clearly, and support them in booking demos or completing enrollment.

Mandatory RequirementsPlease apply ONLY if you meet these requirements:

• Tamil speaking is mandatory
• Good communication skills in Tamil
• Basic conversational English
• Comfortable making regular outbound calls
• Confident speaking with parents/customers
• Basic computer and mobile handling skills
• Able to follow up with leads consistently
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales environment
• Good listening and convincing skills
• ResponsibilitiesCall interested parents/leads
• Explain Spellzee courses and programs
• Understand the child’s learning requirement
• Book demo classes
• Follow up with interested parents
• Update lead status correctly
• Support the admission/enrollment process
• Achieve daily and monthly calling/conversion targets
