Job Title: Accounts
Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our organization.
- The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Tax Payments & Returns
- Assist in preparing and submitting various tax payments and statutory returns.
- Financial & Audit Support
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Assist with financial documentation, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Bookkeeping / Maintaining Books of Accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Handle data entry, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- GST Return Filing
- Prepare, verify, and file GST returns within specified deadlines.
- Income Tax Return Filing
- Assist in preparing and filing income tax returns for individuals or the organization.
- TDS Filing
- Prepare TDS statements, ensure timely filing, and maintain related documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office is an added advantage
