Job Description
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase entries, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare GST invoices and assist in GST return filing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks as required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
