Agency Development Manager

Agent Recruitment & Sourcing:

Build and expand a robust distribution channel by recruiting passionate and driven life insurance advisors, agents, and direct sales partners through various networking and sourcing channels.

Team Development & Coaching:

Train, mentor, and guide newly recruited agents on product portfolios (such as child education, retirement planning, and protection solutions), sales pitches, and ethical selling practices.

Conduct regular joint field work (JFW) to coach agents on client conversions and overcoming objections.

Sales & Performance Management:

Drive sales campaigns, monitor daily activity metrics, and track team performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Implement reward and recognition frameworks (such as sales contests, milestone incentives, and incentive trips) to motivate the team.

Relationship Management:

Foster long-term relationships with clients and agents to ensure high customer retention and strong persistency ratios.

Address agent grievances and provide operational support to streamline policy issuances and service requests.
