Job Description

Looking for candidates with 3–5 years of experience in automotive dealership service advisory, luxury aftermarket accessories, high-end automotive detailing, or premium hospitality/membership sales.


​Core Competencies: Ability to perform vehicle walkarounds, explain complex multi-stage correction/coating processes, design membership retainers, and lead a team of advisors.


​Base Salary: Fixed baseline covering daily operations and pipeline management.


​Performance Commission: Tiered incentives tied directly to high-margin services (PPF, Ceramic Coatings) and total monthly shop revenue.
