Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented *Sales Executive *to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for following up on company-provided leads, understanding customer requirements, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* *Follow up on leads provided by the company through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.*

* Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product/service information.

* Present and explain products/services to prospective clients.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Follow up regularly with customers to convert leads into successful sales.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers when required.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

* Monitor customer requirements and market trends.

* Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
