Business Development Executive (BDE)

Aren HR Consultants is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and grow our Staffing & HR Services business. If you're confident, target-driven, and enjoy meeting clients, this role is for you.

  • Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month
  • Fixed: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000
  • Incentives: Up to ₹10,000

  • RequirementsAny Graduate (MBA, BBA, B.Com, BE, etc.)
  • Freshers with strong sales skills can apply
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel within Chennai (Two-wheeler preferred)
  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate B2B leads through calling, networking, and field visits
  • Meet HRs and business decision-makers
  • Present staffing and recruitment solutions
  • Follow up on proposals and close new business
  • Build long-term client relationships
