Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Department: Sales – Banking / Credit Cards
- Job Responsibilities:Visit corporate companies and offices to identify potential business opportunities.
- Meet HR teams, corporate decision-makers, and employees to promote credit card products.
- Source credit card leads from employees working in corporate organizations.
- Conduct field visits and generate quality leads through corporate employee interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to generate business.
- Follow up with interested employees and ensure successful lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain daily activity reports.
- Candidate Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
- Experience in field sales, corporate sales, or credit card sales preferred.
- Ability to generate leads and build corporate relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
