Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based strictly on experience and practical skill test)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Options Available

Shift & Attendance Details:

Full-Time: 9-hour shift (Operating hours are between 9:00 AM and 12:30 AM).

Part-Time: 5 to 7-hour shifts available.

Weekly Off: 1 day off per week, strictly on weekdays (Monday-Thursday). No week-offs on weekends.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate, highly skilled, and trained kitchen professional to run our cafe's food and beverage station. You must have prior experience working in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or cafe kitchen. We do not want home cooks; we need someone who understands commercial kitchen discipline, order management, and fast service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook cafe menu items with consistency, including sandwiches, burgers, fries, and wraps.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages, including proper coffee brewing, mojitos, and shakes.
• Manage the kitchen floor independently during busy hours to ensure fast ticket times.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety standards, and a clean workstation.
• Track kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
• Assist in training junior staff or freshers (for senior candidates).
• Requirements & Selection Process:
• Experienced Candidates (₹15k - ₹20k): Minimum 1 to 3 years of commercial kitchen experience in a cafe or continental restaurant. Must be able to handle the grill, fryer, and beverage station independently. Formal culinary training/diploma is a major plus.
• Freshers/Part-Timers (₹10k - ₹15k): Must have a strong interest in cooking, a willingness to learn fast, and the ability to assist the main chef under pressure.
• Excellent understanding of portion control and recipe standardization.
• Practical Skill Test: Please note that all shortlisted candidates will be required to demonstrate their practical culinary skills on the ground level during the interview process.
