Job Description
We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cooking Master who can prepare authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining food quality, taste, consistency, hygiene and kitchen standards.
- Prepare authentic South Indian breakfast, lunch and dinner items.
- Prepare idli, dosa, pongal, upma, vada, poori, parotta and other South Indian dishes.
- Prepare sambar, rasam, chutneys, kurma, gravies and various rice varieties.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion sizes and presentation.
- Manage kitchen preparation, ingredient requirements and daily production.
- Monitor raw materials, stock usage and food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Follow FIFO practices for ingredient storage.
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers and other team members.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours.
- Follow company recipes, standard operating procedures and management instructions.
