Job Description

  • Field Sales Executive - Business Loans, Chennai (Perungudi)



  • Responsibilities:

  • - Meet SME owners, merchants and builders in the field to source business loan and home loan / LAP leads

  • Explain loan products, collect documents and coordinate with our lending partners (banks and NBFCs)

  • - Follow up with prospects and close cases against monthly targets

  • - Build relationships with local DSAs, builders and trade associations



  • Requirements:

  • - 2-5 years field sales experience, preferably in loans or financial products

  • - Good spoken Tamil and basic English

  • - Two-wheeler preferred for field visits



  • Salary: Rs 31,250-41,700 per month fixed, plus quarterly performance incentive on top. Travel and petrol allowance and mobile allowance. 2 openings.
