Job Description

Key Responsibilities 


  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and local networking. 
  • Visit residential customers and understand their solar requirements. 
  • Explain rooftop solar solutions, product benefits, savings and available schemes/subsidies. 
  • Conduct customer meetings and deliver effective product presentations. 
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions. 
  • Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and quotations. 
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales. 
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. 
  • Maintain regular records of leads, customer meetings, and follow-ups. 
  • Build strong relationships with customers and generate referrals. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams throughout the sales and installation process. 
  • Manage the assigned territory and ensure adequate market coverage
