  • Handle GEM portal registration & bid submissions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals & tender bid documents
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies & guidelines
  • Track tenders, analyze requirements & draft responses
  • Liaise with officials, vendors & stakeholders
  • Maintain records of bids, payments & contracts
  • Monitor GeM & CPPP portal updates
