Job Description

Greet and assist customers in the showroom

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery

• Explain jewellery designs, purity, pricing, offers and schemes

• Handle Gold, Diamond, Silver and other jewellery products

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets

• Promote upselling and cross-selling

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service

• Maintain attractive showroom displays and product arrangements

• Support billing, stock checking and inventory activities

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

• Follow up with customers regarding new arrivals and offers
