Job Description
Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) – Logistics & Warehouse
Job Description:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage customer relationships and coordinate warehouse and logistics operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order processing and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory, dispatches, shipments, and delivery status.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Track daily operations and ensure SLA compliance.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and operational updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or customer account management preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage customer requirements and resolve issues.
