Job Summary:EK Homes is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team in Medavakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying potential buyers, pitching our residential projects (Apartments / Villa Plots / Housing developments), and scheduling site visits for the closing team.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead Qualification & Follow-up: Handle inbound queries from various portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, Facebook Ads, Website) and make outbound calls to prospective property buyers.
• Project Pitching: Explain project details, floor plans, configurations, pricing, and key location advantages (Medavakkam, connectivity to OMR/Velachery/GST Road) to prospective clients.
• Site Visit Scheduling: Engage with interested clients and schedule site visits for the direct Sales Team/Site Managers.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update lead status, follow-up notes, and call outcomes regularly in the CRM database or tracking sheets.
• Nurturing Pipeline: Follow up consistently with prospective clients who are in the decision-making phase and resolve their basic queries.
• Coordination: Coordinate closely with the On-Site Sales Team to ensure a smooth handover of prospective clients during site visits.
• Requirements & Qualifications:Education: Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Telecalling (Real Estate background preferred).
• Languages Known: Fluent in Tamil and working knowledge of English (knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is an added advantage).
• Key Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and convincing skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with polite and professional phone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
• Basic understanding of South Chennai real estate geography (Medavakkam, Velachery, OMR corridor) is a plus.
