Salary range 20,000-25,000

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the timely procurement of materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.

* Handle purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

* Compare quotations, pricing, quality, and delivery terms.

* Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and documentation.

* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments.

* Follow up with suppliers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.

* Ensure materials meet the required quality standards.

* Maintain accurate procurement reports and records.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.

**Required Skills:**

* Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.

* Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

* Knowledge of purchase orders, quotations, and procurement processes.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

* Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

**Qualification:** Any relevant degree or diploma.
