Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in the store
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  • Help customers with sizes, colours and product selection
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness
  • Arrange and replenish products on shelves/racks
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
  • Assist with billing and packing when required
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Friendly, energetic and well-groomed personality
  • Interest in kids fashion and retail
  • Previous retail/sales experience preferred, but freshers can also apply
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
