Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
  • Explain product details, gold purity, weight, making charges, offers and schemes.
  • Handle billing, customer follow-ups and sales enquiries.
  • Maintain showroom presentation and jewellery displays.
  • Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Follow company policies for jewellery handling, security and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Presentable, polite and confident personality.
