Job Description
A Real Estate Sales Executive finds new clients, shows residential or commercial properties, arranges site visits, negotiates deals, and meets monthly or quarterly sales goals. They act as the main link between buyers and the property firm.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Find new buyers through cold calls, referrals, ads, and networking events.
- Client Consultations: Talk to clients to learn their budget, needs, and property choices.
- Site Visits: Schedule and lead tours of apartments, villas, or plots for buyers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Discuss prices, handle counter-offers, and close property sales.
- CRM Management: Keep clean records of client interactions and sales pipelines using company software.
- Market Research: Keep up to date with local housing prices, competitor projects, and market trends.
Key Requirements
- Education: A high school diploma or a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior work in sales, customer service, or real estate.
- Skills: Strong talking and listening skills, good persuasion, basic problem-solving, and negotiation talent.
- Attributes: Goal-driven mindset, active field work ethic, and professional look and manner.
