Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager with relevant experience in IT Hardware, Printers, Scanners, MFDs, Office Automation or Document Imaging Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, generating leads and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through B2B, corporate and field sales.
• Identify and approach prospective customers for Printers, Scanners, MFDs and Document Imaging Solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, distributors, resellers and channel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and demonstrations.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, cold calling and other business development activities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials and follow up with customers for order closure.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Technical, Service, Operations and Finance for smooth order execution.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
