Job Description

  • Handle daily data entry and updates in the company’s ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, consignments, deliveries, pickups, and dispatches, Air Connection.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to Air logistics operations
  • Update shipment status, POD (Proof of Delivery), and other operational information in the ERP
  • Coordinate with Air operations, warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to collect and verify data
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of all ERP entries
  • Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with operations departments for corrections
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and operational requirements
  • Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required
