Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Telecaller with a minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales telecalling. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective patients and clients across Chennai, educating them about our cupping therapy services and wellness packages, booking appointments, and consistently achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake a high volume of outbound calls to prospective patients, leads, and walk-in inquiries to promote Alshifa's cupping therapy and wellness services.
• Educate callers about the benefits of cupping therapy (Hijama), treatment packages, and ongoing health offers.
• Book and confirm patient appointments for consultations and therapy sessions at the clinic.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, appointments booked, and conversions.
• Follow up with cold leads, warm leads, and past patients to encourage repeat visits and package upgrades.
• Handle patient queries and objections regarding treatments, pricing, and scheduling with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM / patient management system.
• Coordinate with the front desk and therapy team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and patient flow.
• Generate referrals from existing satisfied patients through proactive calling.
• Provide regular daily and weekly sales reports to the Clinic Manager.
• Stay updated on all clinic services, new treatments, promotional offers, and health camps.
