Job Description

Lead and guide BDMs to drive Life Insurance business through the Agency Channel.

Set and achieve monthly sales & business targets.

Support BDMs in lead generation, advisor engagement & sales conversion.

Build strong relationships with advisors, agents & customers.

Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.

Monitor team performance and ensure quality business & compliance.
