Job Description

Role overview, We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Store Manager to lead daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.


  • Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations, opening/closing, and cash handling.
  • Lead, schedule, train, and motivate store staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory, merchandising, and stock levels.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation.
  • Prepare daily or weekly sales and inventory reports.
  • RequirementsPrevious retail or store-management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Comfortable with sales targets, inventory, and cash procedures.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends if needed.
