Job Description
HOSTEL IN-CHARGE REQUIRED – MEN’S HOSTEL
📍 Location: Padi, Chennai – 600050
🏠 Accommodation: Provided at the hostel
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day hostel operations
• Handle resident enquiries and complaints
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness
• Manage room allocation and check-in/check-out
• Collect rent and maintain basic records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• Monitor hostel facilities and security
Requirements: • Male candidate preferred
• Previous hostel / PG / hotel management experience preferred
• Must be able to read and write English
• Basic communication skills in Tamil/Hindi/English preferred
• Responsible, trustworthy and able to handle residents
• Should be willing to stay at the hostel
