Job Description
Designation : Telecollection Executive
Location: Spencer Plaza, Anna Salai , Chennai
Key Responsibilities :
* Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
* Remind customers about payment due dates and outstanding amounts.
* Understand customer concerns and assist with suitable payment solutions.
* Follow up on promised payment dates and support timely collections.
* Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
* Maintain proper call records and update customer information accurately.
