Position: Telecaller & Front Office Executive
📍 Locations: Tondiarpet | Anna Nagar | Chrompet | Poonamallee | Ambattur | Velachery | Vandalur | ECR | Madhavaram | Redhills
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact students and parents to explain our coaching programmes.
- Handle course enquiries and follow up with prospective students.
- Welcome walk-in visitors and provide details about courses, fees, and batch timings.
- Assist with admissions and day-to-day reception activities.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records and follow-up updates.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- A polite, friendly approach to handling students and parents.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or front office roles is preferred.
