Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Answer customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and showroom visits.
  • Follow up with leads, enquiries, and potential customers.
  • Explain product details and guide customers to the showroom.
  • Maintain customer details and call records in Excel/CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses.
